Initial PT evaluation and treatment session: $250 for 90 min.
Health and Wellness evaluation: $250 for 90 min.
Follow up treatment session/s: $200 for up to 90 min.
There are no co-pays, cancellation fees, or hidden charges. Dr. Jenkins provides efficient treatment techniques, therefore, reducing frequency of visits. The goal is to improve your outcomes with effective and flexible treatments.

Credit Card, cash, or personal checks, or HSA/FSA.
Payments are due day of appointment.
There is the option to receive a super bill from JPT to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

With a cash based system, a physician referral is not required (with direct-access), no hidden fees, and no red tape by insurance companies. JPT will provide evidence-based treatment that is best for you.
You also do not need to worry about your appointment being cancelled if you are running late. There will be little to no wait times to get scheduled for your appointments.
You will get complete one-on-one sessions with expert therapy and training services.
You will also have access to your exercises and secure communication with Dr. Jenkins through the patient portal.

The State of Ohio has Direct Access for physical therapy, and therefore does not require a physician referral. As a result, you can see a Physical Therapist as soon as possible, and whenever you want. JPT will refer to a physician or other health care provider if medically necessary.

Dr. Jenkins provides care out of her home clinic/gym setting located in Springboro, OH.
The JPT clinic is equipped with a squat rack, treadmill, stationary bike, Bosu ball, kettlebells, resistance bands, free weights, and more therapeutic tools. You will have access to all equipment for a comprehensive, challenging, and effective workout.

JPT offers and encourages services for preventative care, such as functional movement assessments, home ergonomic screens, and athletic performance testing. Dr. Jenkins can also assess body fat, discuss macronutrient guidelines/recommendations, and promote health and wellness as preventative care. JPT promotes taking charge of your health and fitness before you experience any injuries.

Health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services upon patient request.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Please ask therapist for further details.
